Suhartila Soid

Suhartila Soid is the Chief Financial Officer at the Asia School of Business, where she leads the institution’s financial strategy and operations in support of its mission to develop principled business leaders and ensure long-term sustainability.

She brings more than 20 years of experience from Bank Negara Malaysia, with a career spanning banking and payment systems supervision, internal audit, financial reporting, and institutional resource management.

Suhartila is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and an affiliate of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, Malaysia. She completed her ACCA and Chartered Banker qualifications on full scholarships from Bank Negara Malaysia and received a Certificate of Academic Excellence in recognition of her academic achievement.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Accounting and Financial Criminology and is currently embarking on her PhD journey, with research interests centered on corporate governance, leadership, and financial accountability.
